doing-squats asked: Heyy i was wondering if you could help me out with something?? I have been exercising for a few months now and lately my whole body has been hurting from my ankles up to my neck. It's not like when you do a hard work out and your muscles are sore it's like a horrible aching feeling. I have changed my routines around bought new runners thinking this would help but it hasn't worked. Do you know anything i could do? I'm scared of doctors that's going to be last result. Xx :)
wow that’s strange! Did you begin with heavy workouts or did you begin easy? Because you should do the last one. Maybe you should rest for about a week and look how you feel after that? Do you stretch for and after the workouts? because you really have to do that!! If nothing of this helps or works I think you should ask your parents/friends maybe they know how to deal with this? You also could go to a physical therapist. I understand you maybe scared of that too but it’s better for your health you just have to get over it I think!
